What it takes to be part of Finacle as a Lead?
7-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java or Node.js, or C++
Proven ability to build, optimize, and maintain scalable applications in a fintech or enterprise environment
Passion for digital banking and solving real-world challenges for global customers
A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to work at Bangalore, Chennai, Pune or Hyderabad office location
Eligibility
Candidates with B.E / B. Tech. / M.C.A / M.E / M.Tech
7-10 years of relevant, hands-on experience in software development, Java or C++ or Node.js
