Java Technical Lead

Job Title: Java Backend Tech Lead
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Chennai, Bangalore
Mandatory Skills: RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, Design Pattern, Sprin boot.
Job Description - Must have skills:
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
Minimum of 3+ years of managing engineers
Experience in partnering with product and program management teams Key Responsibilities include: -
Ability to provide solutions based on high level problem statements
Ability to build robust large scale distributed systems with Java Candidates for This Role Must Have
Strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures used in Java applications.
Good Knowledge in RDBMS, No-SQL databases, Object Oriented design and development (OOA/OOD)
Development expertise on Advanced Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Webservices, JPA, Hibernate and other similar technologies.
Technical experience in understanding infrastructure, architecture, planning and designing, covering both on-premises and cloud stack
Knowledge on design patterns and principles (e.g.., SOLID) Preferred Qualifications
Define short-term and long-term product roadmap with faster time-to-market
Good communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to all the stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing agile projects
Work with Product and Program Managers to develop and evolve the vision and strategy for the team.
