Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Analyst will gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders and external partners, with a focus on improving student and coaching center experiences on the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, and proposing data-backed solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product features. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications. The Business Analyst will also support testing of new features, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with Brain Boosters’ mission in education technology.

Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly in written and verbal formats.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI tools) and familiarity with education or technology platforms is beneficial.
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Comfort collaborating on-site in Tiruchirappalli with diverse stakeholders, including product, tech, operations, and academic partners.
