We are expanding our core backend engineering team and looking for 3 to 4 talented Python Developers who specialize in high-performance APIs and advanced database design. If you thrive on taking complete, end-to-end ownership of backend features and want to build the infrastructure powering Next-Gen Agentic AI systems, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities
Design & Scale APIs: Build robust, highly concurrent backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI to drive our AI automation engines and analytics platforms.
Feature Ownership: Move fast and take full ownership of backend features independently—from architectural discussion to final deployment and infrastructure scaling.
Database & Data Pipeline Optimization: Architect, optimize, and manage complex query logic across SQL and NoSQL environments to handle intense data loads from core trading and enterprise platforms.
AI & Integration Touchpoints: Work closely with our AI research engineers to integrate state-of-the-art LLMs (like Anthropic Claude) via advanced framework layers like LangChain.
Required Experience and Technical Skills
Core Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python (3+ Years) with significant production experience developing with FastAPI.
Database Mastery: Deep knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL solutions, focusing on schema indexing, performance profiling, and handling complex relational datasets.
Asynchronous Programming: Solid grip on asyncio and asynchronous backend paradigms in Python.
Modern Tools & Frameworks: Exposure to or strong interest in advanced data ecosystems (e.g., Spark, Vector Databases, Docker/Kubernetes) and building RAG pipelines.
Mindset: A proven history of owning technical features end-to-end with minimal supervision.
