About the Role
Our client is a leading company in the chemical and raw materials distribution industry, supporting various sectors including cosmetics, food, health, and household products. They are looking for an IT Supervisor – WMS & ERP Implementator to manage and optimize IT systems supporting their business and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize WMS & ERP systems.
Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning.
Manage IT projects and ensure timely implementation.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and VMware issues.
Ensure system availability and business continuity.
Coordinate with internal teams on IT and business requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience in programming and ERP systems.
Experience with WMS, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and VMware.
Experience in IT project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work WFO in Sidoarjo.
