Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that include multiple technology platforms. The role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. The advisor also focuses on developing and implementing innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients achieve their transformation goals effectively and efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and deployment of technology strategies that align with business objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
Strong knowledge of enterprise platform architectures and integration techniques.
Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization strategies.
Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets and solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
This position is based at our Jaipur office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
