Solution Engineer | Retail

Join Epicor as a Solution Engineer! The Solution Engineer provides the sales force (direct and channel) in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our products in order to close retail sales opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations along with Sales team.
Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and providing work flow analysis in retail opportunities.
Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements.
Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
Conduct customer and prospect webinars.
Up to 50% travel, domestic.
What You Will Likely Bring
Minimum of 3 years of experience of presales within the retail industry or equivalent operational retail experience
Experience in e-commerce, point-of-sales and payment solutions.
Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry
Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations.
What Could Set You Apart
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
MST, CST or EST preferred

Minimum: $82,000 USD Maximum: $131,000 USD
