Manufacturing Associate Level 1: Material Handler - Day Shift (6am - 2pm)

The Manufacturing Associate Level 1 – Material Handler is responsible for safely moving, storing, staging, and supplying materials that support daily manufacturing operations. This role works closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available where and when they are needed. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable operating forklifts and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position may also assist with grinding and tumbling operations as business needs require.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer and math skills
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory — training can be provided
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move materials regularly
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment. PPE is required at all times.
