SAP Technical Administrator

2. About the Opportunity:
The SAP Technical Administrator role is focused on installing, configuring, managing, and optimizing enterprise SAP environments both on-premises and in the cloud. This position ensures the effective operation and performance of SAP systems, supporting business processes and IT infrastructure.
3. Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and administer SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and NetWeaver systems.
Manage SAP HANA databases including system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and migrations.
Execute SAP cloud migrations on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
Administer SAP transport management, performance tuning, monitoring, and security patching.
Develop automation scripts using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Troubleshoot production issues, maintain system documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis or platform administration.
Proficiency with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and Solution Manager.
Experience with SAP system upgrades, cloud migrations, high availability, disaster recovery, and transport management.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
Effective troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
