About the Opportunity:
The SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for managing and improving the Salesforce environment to support business functions. This role ensures effective system administration, enhances user experience, maintains data quality, and drives system improvements that enable teams to manage customer relationships and sales activities efficiently. The position collaborates with multiple departments to align Salesforce capabilities with business needs and promotes consistent adoption throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage users, licenses, permissions, and access controls in coordination with IT.
Maintain and configure standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules.
Build and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
Provide user support and resolve system issues.
Maintain data quality through validation, cleanup, and controlled data imports/exports.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and business metrics.
Gather business requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions.
Test and deploy system changes and coordinate user acceptance testing.
Monitor Salesforce releases and communicate relevant changes.
Oversee integrations and coordinate with integration owners and IT.
Develop training materials and documentation.
Follow policies for security, access, and governance.
Requirements:
Minimum five years of Salesforce administration experience.
Skilled in configuring Salesforce objects, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
Experience in building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
Proficient in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.
Understanding of CRM concepts and sales processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable solutions.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to prioritize support and improvement projects independently.
Relevant education or professional experience.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The good faith base salary range for this role is $110,000–$140,000 at the time of posting, dependent on experience, skills, and location.
