About the Opportunity:
The SR. BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER role is designed to lead strategic, cross-functional projects that support the organization's growth. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proactive management of stakeholders to align teams and deliver scalable solutions. The role involves full ownership of projects throughout their lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, enabling impactful contributions to the organization's long-term success and mental health mission.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex, strategic projects across multiple teams
Develop and apply analytical models and data-driven recommendations
Coordinate cross-functional partners and manage project timelines
Translate organizational goals into operational plans and performance measures
Facilitate communication and alignment among senior leaders and diverse teams
Own end-to-end project execution and deliver measurable outcomes
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, financial analysis, or related roles in high-growth or mid-sized companies
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Intermediate skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL for independent data querying
Proven ability to convert goals into operational plans including system design
Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Experience working with senior leaders to drive alignment and facilitate discussions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, PowerBI, or Tableau
Experience managing long-term projects involving multiple teams
Demonstrated success in launching new business lines, products, or strategic initiatives
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
