About the Opportunity:
The SOFTWARE ENGINEER role focuses on designing, building, and enhancing software systems critical to business operations. This position contributes to the development and continuous improvement of APIs, internal platforms, and applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve software delivery and system reliability.
Responsibilities:
Design and build APIs, internal platforms, and business applications
Participate in design decisions, architecture discussions, and coding standards
Collaborate with engineers, QA, and product partners to deliver outcomes
Address technical debt, improve reliability, and resolve team friction points
Requirements:
Experience working within modern application environments
Ability to learn new technologies as needed
Technical depth to contribute to design and implementation decisions
Ownership of work and proactive communication for improvements
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The compensation range for this position is 78,100 to 88,950.
