About Our Client:

About the Opportunity:
The OPERATIONS LEAD role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating IT operations related to source data load processes and system management within the financial management domain. This position ensures the smooth execution of cyclical data activities, maintains documentation, and facilitates collaboration among various technical teams to support operational and testing environments. The role is critical for maintaining system accuracy and supporting continuous operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Manage End of Month and other cyclical source data load processes
• Create and update task lists related to End of Month activities
• Monitor and report status of End of Month activities to the team
• Update Standard Operating Procedures and documentation as needed
• Coordinate changes to Financial Management Systems extracts with relevant teams
• Manage sandbox environment activities including database refreshes and software build schedules
• Coordinate access and account management within the team
• Collaborate with other project and technical teams to align activities
• Analyze legacy Financial Management Systems source data
• Maintain and update technical SOP documentation
• Support operational activities in development and test environments
• Assist Configuration Management leads in coordinating activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Project coordination experience
• Experience working in a testing environment
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The proposed salary range for this position is: $73,800-$155,100
