About the Opportunity:
The BUSINESS OPERATIONS LEAD role is designed to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that support team objectives and overall organizational growth. This position requires identifying opportunities, managing dependencies, and aligning stakeholders to transform ambiguous problems into structured solutions, scalable processes, and actionable recommendations. The lead will apply analytical rigor to improve efficiency and reliability across workflows and take responsibility for initiatives from conception to execution, thereby contributing significantly to operational excellence and the organization's mission.
Responsibilities:
Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives advancing pod-level objectives.
Identify opportunities, address dependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Build and operate scalable workflows and processes that enhance efficiency and reliability.
Utilize data tools to extract insights, validate assumptions, and guide decisions.
Plan, execute, and deliver initiatives with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
Promote accountability across functions without formal authority.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies; consulting, finance, or business operations background preferred.
Ability to deconstruct complex problems into structured, testable components and work effectively amid ambiguity.
Proficiency with AI and data tools such as Looker, Excel, SQL, and dashboards.
Experience designing scalable systems, anticipating bottlenecks, and codifying learnings.
Strong coordination and communication skills to align resources and priorities across teams.
Capacity to take calculated risks and make decisions considering downstream impacts.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
