About the Opportunity:
The PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SR ADVISOR role is designed to lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality in pharmacy benefit management. This position drives impactful process improvements, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize experiences for members, clients, and providers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional process improvement initiatives using various methodologies and tools.
Analyze current business processes to design sustainable and measurable future-state solutions.
Document current processes and conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and recommend solutions enhancing quality and efficiency.
Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Support the development of work instructions, training materials, and process documentation.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification or a minimum of eight years applying process improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with ability to perform data analysis and support business recommendations.
Proven critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and quick learning ability of new operational processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with experience influencing diverse groups.
Reliable internet connection meeting specified speed requirements for remote work.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Annual salary range of 111,000 to 185,000 USD, dependent on experience and location.
Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan.
