Role Description The Founding AI Video Producer – MicroDrama is a remote, contract role focused on creating short-form, narrative-driven video content that brings introspection and personal growth concepts to life. This role involves end-to-end video production, including scripting collaboration, storyboarding, capturing or assembling visual assets, and coordinating audio elements. The producer will design and execute microdrama concepts that integrate AI-generated content, working closely with product and creative teams to match videos to specific user journeys and product features. Daily responsibilities include editing and post-production, refining motion graphics, optimizing content for multiple platforms, and iterating on video formats based on user feedback and performance data. The role also includes maintaining a consistent visual and narrative style, managing project timelines, and contributing to creative experimentation for new storytelling formats.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia, including planning, storyboarding, and managing end-to-end production workflows.
Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, with experience using professional editing tools and optimizing content for digital platforms.
Capabilities in Motion Graphics and visual design, with the ability to create engaging, narrative-supporting animated elements.
Experience producing short-form, narrative or microdrama-style content for social media, apps, or digital products.
Comfort working with AI tools for script generation, visual asset creation, or workflow automation.
Strong storytelling instincts, with the ability to translate abstract concepts like introspection and growth into concrete, relatable scenes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Prior experience in startup, media, or creative technology environments is a plus.
Relevant portfolio demonstrating video production, editing, and motion graphics work.
