Recruit AI seeks an experienced Sales & Service Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery, recruitment, workforce management, client engagement, and operational support functions. The role involves working closely with the Director to develop resources, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the companys growth. Initially, the position includes supporting sales and business development activities alongside the Business Development Manager and Director. As the client base expands, this role will transition into a fully focused Service Delivery Manager position dedicated to managing service delivery and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in service delivery, operations, or workforce management, with practical knowledge of business support functions and people leadership. They should be proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities while demonstrating excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Strong English communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. Though this role does not initially involve managing a team, it requires the ability to assess, coach, and support employees, ensuring high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Coach, support, and develop employees through regular one-on-one meetings and performance management activities.
Plan and allocate workforce resources effectively to meet operational demands and promote employee engagement.
Attend client meetings to understand their requirements, workforce needs, and service expectations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key escalation point for any service delivery issues.
Monitor service quality, employee performance, and delivery standards to ensure client satisfaction.
Proactively identify and resolve issues, following through to completion and maintaining continuous communication.
Support the development and implementation of processes, policies, and operational standards to improve efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Director on business growth initiatives, scaling strategies, and continuous improvement efforts.
Assist the Business Development Manager with prospect research, pipeline management, follow-ups, and preparation for client meetings.
Participate in early-stage client discussions to identify and qualify suitable opportunities for Recruit AIs services.
