About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to support efficient supply chain operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, and logistics planning.
The successful candidate will work with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to help ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfilment
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Work with suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers
Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
Track deliveries and help resolve supply chain issues
Support demand planning, procurement, and replenishment activities
Analyse logistics data and prepare operational reports
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
Ensure activities follow company procedures and applicable workplace and safety requirements
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, procurement, or operations
Knowledge of inventory management and transportation processes
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory, or supply-chain software is desirable
Proficiency in English suitable for the responsibilities of the role
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
