1. About Our Client:
The organization operates in the dental revenue cycle management and electronic data interchange (EDI) sector. It addresses challenges related to the efficient handling and resolution of technical support cases impacting dental applications and clients. The program focuses on delivering timely identification, troubleshooting, and escalation of production issues to maintain service continuity and client satisfaction.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Client Technical Operations I role serves as the initial point of contact for technical support cases, responsible for Level 1 triage and troubleshooting. This position plays a vital role in investigating, documenting, and resolving issues or escalating them with full context. The role ensures smooth case progression, accurate documentation, and a seamless support experience, contributing directly to the operational effectiveness of the technical support function.
3. Responsibilities:
Intake and perform Level 1 technical troubleshooting for support cases received via Salesforce queues.
Provide frontline technical support to various internal teams and stakeholders.
Document findings, steps taken, and relevant information accurately in the ticketing system.
Utilize internal and external tools such as SQL, Notepad++, SoapUI, Postman, and monitoring sources for investigation.
Review and interpret EDI formats including X12, XML, and JSON.
Maintain ownership of tickets until resolution or escalation.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical operations with complete context.
Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate issue resolution.
Communicate proactively about ticket status and common issues.
Assist with documentation and onboarding of new team members.
Adhere to company policies and attendance expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in dental revenue cycle management and EDI.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage.
Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects relevant to the role.
Problem-solving skills in situations with limited standardization.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Pay range is $21.00 to $24.50 per hour depending on experience.
