About the Opportunity:
The SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR role is essential for maintaining and advancing the organization's Salesforce platform, which supports multiple business units' revenue operations. This position balances delivery work and ongoing support to ensure platform stability and adaptability. The administrator collaborates closely with various stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance business processes and user experience.
Responsibilities:
Build Salesforce configurations from business requirements, including Flows, validation rules, layouts, permission sets, reports, and data management.
Manage features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, covering sales leads, opportunities, cases, queues, and routing.
Oversee the full change management cycle: sandbox setup, testing, production deployment, and rollback planning.
Evaluate proposed changes for impacts on automation, integrations, security, and reporting.
Participate in requirements gathering and sprint planning, offering solution alternatives when appropriate.
Share responsibility for support queue and provide platform user assistance.
Handle daily administration tasks such as user management and system health checks.
Identify and address configuration issues and data quality concerns promptly.
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools related to telephony, marketing automation, quoting, and commissions.
Produce technical documentation and training materials to support user adoption and team alignment.
Communicate progress, challenges, and timelines proactively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce administration experience within a single, complex organization.
Proficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with strong expertise in one and working knowledge in the other.
Skilled in designing and troubleshooting complex automation including Flows, with understanding of Salesforce execution order and recursion prevention.
Collaborative approach to work, capable of managing workload and communicating effectively.
Experience creating technical documentation and process guidelines.
Salesforce Certified Administrator required; additional certifications preferred.
Submission of Trailblazer Profile URL is required.
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with GTM tooling and related sales engagement or automation platforms is a plus.

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
