Full Stack Developer (.NET / Azure)

Full Stack Developer (.NET / Azure) – Remote
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer based to join a U.S.-based healthcare technology company building scalable, secure, AI-driven applications.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable working across both frontend and backend development, with strong experience in .NET, Azure, modern JavaScript frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
Design and build APIs and microservices.
Develop backend solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Python.
Build frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time technologies such as WebSockets.
Work with Azure cloud services and containerized environments.
Support CI/CD processes, testing, debugging, performance, and application security.
Collaborate remotely with product, DevOps, QA, and engineering teams.
Required Skills
3+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
Experience with Python and TypeScript.
Solid experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, ideally Azure Functions, App Services, and Storage.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, security best practices, and automated testing.
Fluent English is mandatory, as the position involves regular communication with a U.S.-based team.
Nice to Have
GraphQL and WebSockets.
Microservices and serverless architectures.
Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or other event-driven systems.
Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
AI/ML integrations.
Previous experience in healthcare or fintech.
Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications.
