MediaMint is looking for an experienced Social Media Campaign Manager with hands-on expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn, and X.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, including Media Planning, Account Audits, Pixel Audits, and Audience Audits.
• Manage 12–13 accounts with combined monthly budgets of $100K+.
• Measure campaign performance and provide scheduled reporting and analytics.
• Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client goals and performance targets.
• Stay updated with the latest social media advertising trends and platform developments.
• Build and manage product catalogs and feeds.
• Create and manage Dynamic Ads and Advantage+ campaigns.
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads.
• Experience with Image/Video Ads, Carousel Ads, Dynamic Ads, and Catalog Sales Ads.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel campaign strategies and audience targeting.
• Experience running Catalog/Shopping campaigns, including catalog and feed creation and management.
• Knowledge of App Install campaigns is an added advantage.
• Strong campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and accounts in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience directly managing paid social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with website and campaign analysis using Google Analytics or similar tools.
