Cashier

As a Cashier, you will serve as a primary point of contact for guests and Team Members, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while supporting daily food and beverage operations. You will assist guests with menu selections, prepare beverages and treats, maintain inventory, and help create a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do as a Cashier:
Greet guests and Team Members with enthusiasm and provide friendly, professional service.
Present and explain menu items while answering guest questions and providing recommendations.
Prepare gourmet beverages, pastries, and ice cream following established recipes and preparation techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
Replenish and restock food, beverage, and service supplies as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to leadership.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
Assist with other food and beverage duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring as a Cashier:
Minimum of 1 year of Food & Beverage experience required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions using good judgment and established company policies.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Florida driver's license.
Requirements:
Ability to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
