What would you do?
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Professional is responsible for supporting recruitment delivery through focused sourcing activities across assigned roles, skills and geographies. The role specializes in identifying, engaging and building candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels to meet hiring demand in line with defined timelines and quality standards.
The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and works closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, accurate sourcing data and a positive candidate experience.
Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company. What are we looking for?

Must be flexible with respect to shift timings Roles and Responsibilities:
Associate will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines.
Create approved requisitions.
Conduct internal sourcing and post requisitions.
Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools.
Conduct external sourcing and post jobs.
Perform data mining for additional candidates.
Support candidate intake through applications or expressions of interest using electronic, phone or paper methods.
Develop candidate lists for screening.
Conduct automated candidate screening and assessment using Interactive Voice Response IVR.
Conduct hiring manager interactions.
Perform initial screening of candidates to ascertain they are qualified, interested and available.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency and pronunciation
Customer service orientation with ability to engage candidates professionally and responsively
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting and communication
Strong email writing skills with clear, professional and structured communication
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS, Smart Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and sourcing tools
Talent sourcing and market research capabilities
Candidate pipeline building and management
Candidate engagement and outreach
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Time management and prioritization
Collaboration with recruiters and recruitment delivery teams
Understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing best practices
