What would you do?
We are seeking a skilled facilitator with a strong foundation in adult learning and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role focuses on delivering effective, engaging and inclusive learning experiences across both in person and virtual environments.
As an Instructor you will facilitate sessions using a variety of delivery techniques, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business context. You will collaborate closely with content, curriculum and operations teams, and use learner feedback and session data to inform improvements. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners. What are we looking for?
Primary skill - Instructor-Led Training (ILT) - P4 Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver structured, engaging instructor led learning sessions across virtual and in person environments, geographies and time zones
Apply adult learning principles and varied facilitation techniques to support knowledge retention, engagement and transfer of learning
Create inclusive learning environments that promote participation, psychological safety and respect for diverse perspectives
Monitor learner cues and adapt delivery in real time to enhance learning effectiveness
Interpret feedback, attendance and learning data to continuously improve facilitation approach and session quality
Share insights with learning and content teams to help inform enhancements to program design and delivery
Stay current with evolving delivery formats, tools and facilitation practices
Participate in peer reviews, calibration sessions and knowledge sharing forums to maintain facilitation excellence
