About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Curavit is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help execute the company’s marketing programs as we enter our next phase of growth following the acquisition of Lindus Health’s CRO business. This role is designed for an early-career marketer who wants to build a career in the clinical research industry and is excited to personally create, launch, and improve the work.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with Curavit’s leadership, Business Development, Solutions, and clinical teams to turn our clinical experience, capabilities, and results into compelling content, campaigns, sales materials, and digital programs. The role spans B2B marketing to biopharma, medical device, diagnostics, and digital health sponsors as well as selected patient recruitment campaigns for clinical trials.
This is an execution oriented role with significant ownership and visibility. The successful candidate will be comfortable writing a case study in the morning, updating HubSpot or the website in the afternoon, building a LinkedIn campaign, preparing conference materials, and helping the commercial team respond to an important opportunity. Specialized outside resources may be used when needed, but this person will personally own much of Curavit’s day-to-day marketing execution.
Why Join Us?
Curavit is at an important inflection point. The combination of Curavit and Lindus has created a global CRO with operations in the U.S. and Europe, an expanded clinical track record, and differentiated capabilities in participant recruitment, Remote Clinical Site, technology-enabled clinical operations, and complex evidence generation.
For someone early in their marketing career, this is an opportunity to gain unusually broad experience and responsibility. You will work directly with senior executives and clinical research experts, learn how CROs and sponsors operate, and have the opportunity to build marketing programs rather than inherit a narrow piece of a large marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Content, Positioning & Communications
Create and update marketing content, including case studies, one-pagers, presentations, website copy, social media posts, conference materials, webinars, and thought leadership content.
Work with Curavit executives and clinical experts to turn clinical experience, study results, performance metrics, and industry perspectives into credible external content.
Help maintain and refine Curavit’s messaging and proof points across global CRO execution, participant recruitment, Remote Clinical Site, technology-enabled clinical operations, and STRATUS.
Build and maintain an organized library of clinical experience, therapeutic area expertise, performance metrics, case studies, and sponsor outcomes.
Ensure Curavit’s website, presentations, and other external materials are current, consistent, and professionally presented.
Sales & Commercial Support
Work closely with Business Development and Solutions to create materials that support sponsor outreach, meetings, proposals, RFPs, and active opportunities.
Own day-to-day updates to Curavit’s corporate capabilities deck, therapeutic area and capability presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and other sales collateral.
Quickly identify and package relevant experience, metrics, and proof points for sponsor discussions and commercial opportunities.
Help develop account-specific messaging and materials for priority prospects and opportunities.
Learn from sponsor conversations, RFPs, wins, and losses and use those insights to continuously improve marketing materials.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Operate Curavit’s HubSpot environment and website, including CRM data, lists, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, lead routing, and campaign workflows.
Plan, build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns using channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
Collaborate with Curavit’s patient recruitment team as required.
Manage Curavit’s LinkedIn presence and content calendar and help grow engagement with relevant clinical research audiences.
Track campaign performance, lead generation, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contribution using practical reporting and analytics.
Conferences & Industry Presence
Execute Curavit’s marketing activities around industry conferences and events, including messaging, presentations, collateral, outreach campaigns, social media, and follow-up.
Build pre-conference campaigns designed to generate sponsor meetings and commercial opportunities.
Research relevant speaking, panel, webinar, podcast, and publication opportunities for Curavit executives and clinical experts.
Track conference meetings, opportunities, and outcomes to help determine where Curavit should invest.
Qualifications & Experience
Approximately 2–5 years of professional marketing experience. This role is well suited to someone who is ready for broader ownership and responsibility.
Experience in clinical research, CRO services, eClinical technology, biotechnology, medical device, digital health, or another closely related life sciences environment strongly preferred.
A genuine interest in building a long-term marketing career in the clinical research industry.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn technical or clinical information into clear, credible marketing content.
Demonstrated willingness and ability to personally execute marketing work rather than primarily manage agencies, freelancers, or vendors.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another CRM, website/content management systems, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, and basic marketing automation.
Comfort learning clinical research terminology and working directly with clinical, operational, technology, and commercial subject-matter experts.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing company.
Commercial mindset and interest in understanding how marketing contributes to meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field.
