Physician Recruiter - US Healthcare

Location: Remote - Open to applicants worldwide
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $2,200 USD per month + $1,500 for every doctor successfully closed
We are looking for an experienced Physician Recruiter with U.S. healthcare experience to source, engage, and onboard physicians to our platform, which connects doctors with patients seeking treatment. This is not a traditional hospital staffing role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the physician recruiting cycle from sourcing and outreach through screening and onboarding to our platform
Source physicians through LinkedIn, Doximity, MDLinx, PracticeLink, and other relevant platforms
Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels
Screen physicians for specialty, licensing, availability, experience, and overall fit
Build relationships with physicians, handle questions and objections, and guide qualified candidates through the process
Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline and accurate activity records
Qualifications
3+ years of physician recruiting or physician outreach experience in the U.S. healthcare market
Proven experience sourcing, engaging, or onboarding U.S.-based physicians for telehealth, provider networks, healthcare platforms, locum tenens, contract opportunities, or similar models
Familiarity with Doximity, MDLinx, PracticeLink, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing tools
Strong cold outreach, relationship-building, objection-handling, and closing skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
