Inside Sales Agent

Role Summary
The key goal of this role: book 20 Zoom calls per week on the realtor's calendar with qualified leads, and make 5 introductions per week to the realtor's lender partner for leads that need financial qualification. A qualified lead is ready to buy within the next 6 months, has budget clarity (already pre-approved or willing to get pre-approved), is looking in the realtor's target area, and is responsive enough to commit to a call. This is a full-time role that owns the realtor's Instagram inbox and lead pipeline from first message to a booked 30-minute Zoom call. The VA answers every DM and comment within 30 minutes using scripts built by the realtor, pre-qualifies real intent on timeline, budget, and area, and moves qualified leads into Real Geeks with a source tag and conversation details so performance is trackable.
Key Responsibilities
1. A ManyChat automation replies to each comment and DMs the listing link, capturing the commenter's email in the process (which syncs to Real Geeks); the VA takes it from there, answering within 30 minutes using the realtor's scripts.
2. Answer buyer questions in the DMs using the realtor's scripts; when a question falls outside the script, text the realtor for the answer and relay it back to the lead.
3. Qualify each lead as ready for a call — buying within the next 6 months, budget clarity, looking in the realtor's target area, and responsive — or as needing ongoing nurture.
4. Offer to set leads up with a saved search (based on their desired criteria) in Real Geeks. Capture their email, and enroll them in the appropriate drip campaign so they start receiving email correspondence.
5. Log every qualified lead into Real Geeks with a source tag and conversation details.
6. Qualify whether a lead should be introduced to the realtor's lender partner for financial pre-qualification; make the introduction by email when appropriate and log it in Real Geeks, targeting 5 introductions per week.
7. Run the follow-up cadence on every open conversation so nothing goes quiet, and book 30-minute introductory Zoom calls directly to the realtor's Calendly, targeting 20 booked calls per week, Monday through Friday.
8. Escalate only the conversations that are ready for the realtor; everything earlier in the funnel — including in-DM questions relayed from the realtor — stays with the VA.

● 3+ years of experience as a real estate VA or ISA — comfortable with lead response, follow-up,
and appointment setting.
● Strong written English; the job is entirely written communication (DMs, scripts, follow-up
messages).
● Available full-time with working hours overlapping Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
● Comfortable following scripts and SOPs closely, without heavy oversight.
● Preferred: prior experience working inside the Real Geeks CRM specifically.
