Job Description:
Handle daily EDI transaction tasks and keep things moving
Spot and troubleshoot EDI errors/failures as they come up
Work directly with trading partners to keep data flowing smoothly
Help with basic setup and configuration of EDI processes
Team up with SPS Commerce support, our EDI application, and ERP system to dig into and resolve EDI issues
Contribute to documentation and keep internal teams informed
Take on additional support tasks as needed
Requirements
What we're looking for:
3-5 years of experience
Some hands-on EDI experience (850s, 855s, 856s, 810s, etc.) is a big plus
Comfortable with EDI platforms (SPS Commerce experience preferred) and ERP systems
Solid communicator, both with both trading partners and internal teams
Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to documentation
Able to work US time zone hours
