🚀 Java Fullstack Developer
We are looking for a Java Fullstack Developer with strong experience in application performance engineering and troubleshooting.
📍 Location: Remote
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree
🌎 English: Advanced English
Requirements:
Deep experience in Java application performance engineering
Strong diagnostic skills with WebSphere and WebLogic
JVM profiling, garbage collection analysis, heap dumps, and thread dumps
Application-level structured logging and correlation ID implementation
Distributed tracing across applications, APIs, and downstream dependencies
Hands-on experience with Datadog, New Relic, or similar APM tools
Oracle performance diagnostics, including SQL execution plans, AWR, and ASH
Experience with JDBC connection pools, application thread pools, and session management
API latency, timeout, retry, and dependency failure analysis
Browser-to-backend transaction tracing
Real User Monitoring (RUM) and frontend error analysis
Network, proxy, load balancer, and TLS troubleshooting
Experience tracing transactions across legacy or partially instrumented platforms
