IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW = PURE Scrum Master – Healthcare Insurance = FULLY REMOTE- rate is $50/h on w2
Role : PURE Scrum Master – Healthcare Insurance
Certified SM preferred
100% Remote role, we can target candidate from EST
Requirements
8+ years of Scrum Master experience. Looking only for pure Scrum Masters.
4-5 years of Healthcare insurance (business facing healthcare insurance products / care management) experience.
Some experience working with Data Analytics & Data Products teams is a nice to have, but the healthcare experience is more IMP.
Will be managing 2-3 pods / teams.
Good experience with SAFe and some Kanban experience.
Must have experience with JIRA & experience working with JIRA boards. JIRA Align is a plus.
Responsibilities will include the standard Scrum master responsibilities like setting up daily Scrums,
preparing teams for PI Plannings, Partner with RTEs and Agile Coaches to improve team and ART-level ways of working.
