Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, creating visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing logos and brand elements, producing graphics for print and digital media, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all materials. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements, refining designs based on feedback, and preparing files for production or web deployment. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organized design files, and stay updated on design trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital media.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, aesthetically pleasing text and layout.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
Ability to translate client requirements into effective design concepts and deliverables.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, layout skills, and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and integrate feedback.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
