Marketplace Lead

Moom makes science-backed products for women at every stage of life, and we're growing across Asia, with the Philippines being one of our key markets. You will own Moom's sales on Shopee & TikTok Shop in the Philippines, and work with the brand, content, and supply chain teams across the region.
Scope of Role
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Hit targets for ROAS, cost per acquisition, and revenue.
Test new audiences, creatives, and offers every week.
Brief the content team on ad creatives based on what's performing.
Manage daily budgets and shift spend to the best-performing campaigns.
Support marketplace ads on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop with the Marketplace Lead.
Set up and maintain tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
Share weekly performance reports and clear next steps.
Requirements
3+ years running paid social and search ads, ideally for a D2C, beauty, health, or FMCG brand.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
A track record of scaling spend while keeping returns healthy.
A good eye for what makes a creative work.
Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and ad analytics.
Curiosity, a testing mindset, and comfort in a fast-moving startup.
