Early Product Founders Office Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Product Engineer for the Founders’ Office who can wear multiple hats and help take products from working prototype to tested, documented, implemented, launched and scaled software.
This is not an idea-development or administrative role.
You will work directly with the founders and engineering/product teams across product testing, technical documentation, implementation coordination, operational readiness, launch execution and continuous improvement.
We are bootstrapped, currently operating from a garage environment and building towards a scalable, profitable AdTech business. We need someone with the drive, resilience and ownership to build alongside us.
What You Will Do
Thoroughly test products, features, workflows and integrations before launch.
Translate product requirements into clear technical and operational documentation.
Work with developers to identify defects, gaps, edge cases and implementation issues.
Coordinate lean development, testing, release and launch cycles.
Maintain product specifications, SOPs, user documentation, onboarding material and implementation records.
Support deployment, operationalisation and scaling of products and processes.
Understand software architecture sufficiently to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Coordinate across technology, design, operations, legal, compliance, vendors, clients and founders.
Research tools, technologies, competitors, markets and relevant developer ecosystems.
Support hiring and onboarding where required.
Help establish the processes, documentation and institutional knowledge required to grow the company.

Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, workflows and system behaviour.
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation discipline.
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working across technology, business and operations.
Good visual and information-design sense.
Familiarity with GitHub, Discord, Slack and technology/developer communities.
Ability to work independently without requiring a rigid job description.
High ownership, resilience and drive to succeed.
Years of experience are less important than the depth of what you have seen, built, tested and learned.

You must be a resident of Delhi and comfortable working on-site in South Delhi / nearby.
