If you have built a SaaS business from the ground up to product-market fit, success and profitability in a bootstrapped environment, you will have our immediate attention.
If you haven't, but have the drive, intelligence and resilience to learn what it takes, this is an opportunity to work directly with the founders while building a next-generation AdTech company from the ground up.
This is a generalist role with unusually broad ownership. You will move between strategy, product, technology, finance, research, people and operations — whatever is required to turn an idea into a functioning, sustainable business.
What You Will Work Across
SaaS & Product Strategy — product direction, customer experience, UX, experimentation and product-market fit.
Market Intelligence & Research — competitors, markets, customers, technology and emerging opportunities.
Analytics & AI Research — data-driven decision-making, advanced AI research and emerging tools.
Financial Planning — budgeting, unit economics, resource allocation and profitability.
Product & Project Management — roadmaps, tracking, Jira, GitHub and execution discipline.
Resources & Infrastructure — technology, vendors, office, systems and operational infrastructure.
People & Hiring — talent discovery, hiring, onboarding, team development and coordination.
Operations — workflows, policies, administration, documentation and organisational systems.
Founder’s Office — translating founder vision into priorities, plans, execution and measurable outcomes.
What We Look For
You should be confident, articulate, presentable and exceptionally adaptable.
