The mark of a programmer starts early.
We have encountered enough “product engineers” who can talk about software but struggle to deliver it. We are looking for programmers who build — people with strong algorithms, programming logic and systems thinking, and a genuine interest in the intersection of advertising, fintech, gaming and deep technology.
This is an opportunity to help build something unique and potentially scale with a new, profitable technology business.
We are not spending months planning.
We need executors.
What You May Work On
This is a founding-team environment. Be prepared to get your hands dirty across:
Software development and system architecture
Algorithms, APIs, SDKs and platforms
Product engineering and rapid implementation
Hosting, deployment, infrastructure and scaling
Security and penetration testing
Databases, integrations and automation
UI/UX and product design
Documentation, communication and technical research
You may begin with one responsibility and quickly find yourself contributing somewhere completely different.
That is intentional.
Who We Want
You should be:
A strong programmer with genuine curiosity about how systems work.
Comfortable with algorithms, programming logic and architecture.
Interested in AdTech, FinTech, gaming engines/platforms or deep tech.
Ambitious enough to want your work to matter.
Comfortable with uncertainty, ownership and experimentation.
Willing to learn outside your formal discipline.
Prepared to work in a garage-stage, bootstrapped environment where everyone contributes.
More interested in building and shipping than collecting titles.
You don't need to know everything.
But you need to be real about what you know, what you don't, and how quickly you can learn.
