Role Description The Hospital Manager role at NSG JASPER PVT. LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Hospital Manager will oversee daily hospital operations, including coordination of clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring smooth patient flow, and monitoring service quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, implementing policies and procedures, and supporting compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. The role also involves handling patient and family inquiries, resolving service issues, monitoring budgets and resource utilization, and preparing regular operational reports for senior leadership. The Hospital Manager will collaborate with medical and administrative teams to drive process improvements, enhance patient satisfaction, and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Practice Management and Hospital Management skills to oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and resource management skills to monitor costs, optimize utilization, and support financial performance.
Candidates should possess leadership and people management abilities, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges and implement process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare facility management, preferably in an operational leadership role.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.
