Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Associate role based in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their real estate requirements, present suitable property options, and guide them through the entire sales cycle. Daily activities include conducting property consultations, managing site visits, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closure of deals. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, meeting sales targets, and providing market insights to support business decisions. The Senior Sales Associate will represent Square Yard professionally, ensuring a high standard of service and client experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and local property trends, or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, basic office software, and digital tools for lead management and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
