About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated SCM GISC (Global Integrated Supply Chain) Analyst/Consultant to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to drive operational excellence and business efficiency.
Responsibilities
Support and manage end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes across planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, service levels, forecast accuracy, and order fulfillment.
Analyze supply chain data and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing sites, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
Support demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive supply chain transformation projects.
Manage supply chain risks and support contingency planning activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Qualifications

Required Skills
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: SCM, SCM GISC, Global Integrated Supply Chain, Supply Chain, SAP Logistics, Labelling tools
Strong experience in SCM / Packaging domain
Hands-on expertise with labeling tools (BarTender, NiceLabel, Loftware, or similar)
Experience working with SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM)
Knowledge of label printing processes, barcode standards, and packaging workflows
Understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience in system integrations between SAP and labeling tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in global supply chain environments.
Knowledge of supply chain planning tools such as SAP APO, IBP, GISC, Blue Yonder, or OMP.
Understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
Exposure to digital transformation and supply chain automation initiatives.
Certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS/CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
Experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
