Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Researcher at PInterview. The Junior Researcher will gather and analyze data on interview practices, hiring trends, and user behavior across different domains such as tech, HR, and professional certification interviews. This role includes conducting online research, reviewing academic and industry publications, and synthesizing insights to support platform content, product improvements, and consulting materials. The Junior Researcher will prepare reports, summaries, and structured documentation, and collaborate with product, content, and operations teams to ensure research findings are actionable and up to date. The role may also involve assisting with surveys, user feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support the platform’s growth and innovation.
Qualifications
Strong research abilities, including online research, data collection, and information synthesis.
Analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and present clear, concise findings.
Solid written communication skills for preparing reports, summaries, and documentation.
Basic familiarity with interview processes, hiring practices, or career development topics is an advantage.
Comfort using standard productivity tools and online collaboration platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, video conferencing).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to organizing information and sources.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Social Sciences, Business, Psychology, Education, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in career consulting, talent development, or EdTech platforms and willingness to learn new research methods.
