🕒 Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM | 6-day work week

What you'll do:

Screen resumes and applications with a sharp eye for fit.
Conduct interviews — phone, video, and in-person.

Deliver curated shortlists to hiring managers.
Extend offers and guide candidates through compensation and benefits queries.
Track key hiring metrics — time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire.
Represent us at job fairs and in-house recruitment events.
Partner with department managers to plan ahead for hiring needs.
Support new hires through a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.
