Senior Manager

Role Purpose:
We are hiring for the role of Senior Manager - Pay Later. This is an Individual Contributor role for managing Product and Growth.
Responsibilities:
Own product strategy and growth initiatives for Pine Labs’ Pay Later products, with a strong focus on GTV, revenue and customer adoption.
Identify growth opportunities across merchants, consumers, issuers, and payment partners to drive product penetration and transaction volumes.
Work closely with Sales, Business, Technology, Operations and Marketing teams to conceptualize, launch and scale new product propositions.
Define product requirements, user journeys and GTM plans, and drive initiatives end-to-end from ideation to market launch.
Analyse transaction, merchant and customer data to identify growth levers, improve engagement, retention and overall product performance.
Develop and execute experiments, offers, campaigns and merchant-led growth programs to improve conversion and transaction frequency.
Manage key external stakeholders including banks, NBFCs, card networks, merchants and technology partners to drive product adoption.
Track business metrics and prepare regular performance reviews, identifying key insights, risks and actions to deliver growth targets.
Qualification:
4-5 years of relevant experience, BNPL & consumer lending experience is preferred.
