Role Description The Team Lead role at Pine Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day team operations, including planning work assignments, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and ensuring alignment with business goals and service quality standards. The Team Lead will mentor and guide team members, support performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Additional responsibilities may include reporting key metrics, suggesting process improvements, and supporting the implementation of best practices across the team.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, mentoring, and performance management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across functions and levels.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle operational issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in project or process management, including planning, tracking, and continuous improvement of workflows.
Comfort with technology-driven environments and data-oriented decision-making; prior experience in payments, fintech, or commerce platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
