📢 We Are Hiring | Structural Design Engineer
We are looking for a talented and motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Work in accordance with team lead and management directives.
Prepare design criteria and detailed design specifications.
Understand client briefs and requirements, define scope of work, and develop design philosophy.
Deliver best-value engineering solutions for technical challenges.
Lead, manage, and mentor design team members; review their work and support their professional development.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary design environment.
Perform structural design calculations using relevant software as well as manual methods when required.
Provide necessary inputs and support to Design Engineers and CAD Technicians to develop construction-ready drawings.
🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile
BE/BTech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution (ME/MTech preferred).
4–12 years of hands-on experience in designing foundations, RCC and steel structures, and substructures.
Strong technical understanding of structural systems; experience in the real estate sector will be an advantage.
Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and RCDC is preferred.
