UNIT MARKETING HEAD

We are looking for a dynamic Unit Marketing Head to lead marketing, business development, patient acquisition and referral growth for a hospital unit.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute unit-level marketing and business development strategies.
• Drive OPD/IPD volumes, patient acquisition, specialty growth and revenue objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, referral networks, corporates, TPAs and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead referral marketing, corporate tie-ups, community outreach, camps, CMEs and local market activation.
• Analyse market trends, competition, referral patterns and patient opportunities to identify growth areas.
• Lead and develop the marketing/business development team.
• Track KPIs, marketing ROI, referral volumes, conversion and business performance through regular MIS.
What We're Looking For
• Relevant experience in hospital marketing, business development, sales or healthcare services.
• Strong understanding of doctor/referral relationship management and hospital business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred.
