REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT – MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – BILLING

We are expanding our Revenue Cycle Management & Billing team and inviting applications for:
Manager – Revenue Cycle Management
Senior Executive – Billing
Key Responsibilities – RCM Manager
• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle processes across registration, billing, collections and closure.
• Identify and reduce revenue leakages, billing errors and process gaps.
• Drive timely billing, collections, claim coordination and financial controls.
• Monitor revenue-cycle KPIs, ageing, conversion, collections and outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with clinical, insurance, TPA, finance and operations teams.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities – Senior Executive – Billing
• Manage accurate and timely billing for OPD/IPD services.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure correct charge capture and documentation.
• Handle billing queries, corrections and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with patients, insurance/TPA teams and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain billing records and support revenue-cycle reporting.
What We're Looking For
• Relevant experience in hospital billing, RCM, insurance/TPA or healthcare finance.
• Strong understanding of hospital billing processes and revenue-cycle operations.
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills.
• For Manager level: proven team-management and process-improvement experience preferred.
