Role Description The HR Recruiter role at Genesis is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments to fill roles across various functions. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and supporting the design of effective selection strategies. The HR Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and oversee offer negotiations and onboarding activities in alignment with company policies. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment data, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor and employment regulations.
Qualifications
Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers, including workforce planning, role definition, and decision support.
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance, including labor laws, company policies, diversity and inclusion practices, and ethical hiring standards.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and basic data/reporting tools to manage recruitment metrics and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams and represent the employer brand effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the automotive, luxury, or technology sectors, and familiarity with high-volume and specialized hiring.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving global business environment.
