Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and ongoing support. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions. The Client Relationship Manager will regularly monitor client satisfaction, prepare status reports, manage expectations, and support contract renewals and upselling opportunities. The role also involves organizing client meetings and reviews, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
Client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, account management, and customer service capabilities.
Communication and interpersonal skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
Organizational and coordination skills, including time management, project follow-up, and attention to detail when managing multiple clients.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements, interpret data, and recommend suitable solutions.
Basic understanding of IT solutions and digital transformation concepts; familiarity with AI, ML, IoT, or secure exam technologies is an advantage.
Proficiency in common office productivity tools and CRM or client management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
