Job Description – Specialist / Senior Specialist (Electrical BIM Modeler)

About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and execution-focused Senior Specialist – Electrical BIM to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Electrical BIM modelling, clash resolution, and drawing extraction for complex building projects. While the Assistant Manager drives leadership and process implementation, this role focuses heavily on advanced technical execution, day-to-day model coordination, and maintaining data integrity within the BIM environment.
Key responsibilities
Execute and coordinate high-quality Electrical BIM models (LOD 300 to LOD 500) for large-scale building projects.
Perform detailed clash detection using Navisworks, resolving interferences independently and escalating complex issues to the Assistant Manager.
Extract and prepare comprehensive electrical construction documentation, containment layouts, lighting, power, and ELV drawings from Revit models.
Implement QA/QC workflows on models and sheets to ensure absolute compliance with project quality standards and client BIM mandates.
Drive CAD-to-BIM implementation tasks, ensuring efficient data migration and structural organization of families.
Support the Assistant Manager in developing, testing, and optimizing BIM workflows, standards, and template creation.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior modelers on complex Revit troubleshooting and advanced modeling techniques.
Track and ensure timely delivery of assigned project milestones with high accuracy, reporting progress regularly to management.
Required qualifications
B.Tech / B. E. in Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of continuous hands-on experience in Electrical BIM modelling, detailing, and coordination.
Demonstrated experience working rigorously within structured QA/QC workflows and standard project quality gates.
