Talent Acquisition Specialist

"Terra TCC" is looking for a "Talent Acquisition Specialist" or "Recruiter" with a minimum of 4 years of experience who has previous experience working with Hiring Agency and specialise in hiring candidates within Information Technology, BFSI, Healthcare or Travel & Tourism domains. The scope of work at Terra TCC would include hiring prospective talent & build pipelines for our customers in various domains specifically in IT-Healthcare & IT-BFSI & IT/Non-IT-Travel&Tourism.
The candidate should have proven capability to work based on targets and should be a go-getter and must have skills to "Deliver" within time, quality parameters and budgets. People who can commit themselves to deliver in time are most valuable.
Good Communication in English is a must have. Exposure to any international language like German, Dutch will be a plus.
Understanding & usage proficiency of various tools relevant to Recruitment & Hiring is a must have. Previous experience in using ATS tools is desired.
Exposure to any of Contract Hiring, Onsite placements, Mass Hiring shall be a plus.
